Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I have been along time costumer. At this location. This afternoon was they best. The staff was vary pleasant, focused on making decisions pizza! And dude that was working this afternoon, might be blind, maybe not or not into the sweetheart that made my pizza! She made my pizza without even having to look at what she was doing. Absolutely amazing! Great work! Cowboy green pepper, I forgot add onion got it on there at home. Thank everyone!

This was the first and probably the last time I order from this location. I picked up the order and didn't look at it until I was ready to cook it. "My sistake." The cteamy garlic sauce that's supposed to come with it wasn't there, but the marinara sauce was. I ordered the garlic chicken calzone. This thing was small and looked like it was thrown together. I wanted to air fry it and couldn't because the dough was so thin and had holes in it. I couldn't remove it from the container. I guess the only nice part was the flavor. For the price I paid. I could have had a whole cooked pizza from another pizza shop down the road.

Ordered hours in advance only for our food to not even be started when we arrived. And then there was a long brown curly hair in our pizza probably from the guy who wasn’t wearing a hair net. Disgusting.

Service friendly enough and the restaurant clean, but the pizzas ordered through the app were more than 15 minutes late in being prepared beyond what the app said. When we received them they didn't have as much cheese as normal. Need some remedial training of the employees, or more staff on a Sunday afternoon.

I stopped in for a medium pizza. The man working at the register was not friendly or helpful in answering my questions. There were 5 people working at the counter, one had his long hair pulled through the top of his visor hanging over the food. I sat waiting for 15 minutes and then asked about my pizza and it had already been made, haphazardly wrapped and no one had said it was done. Overall, service and friendliness were low. Pizza was average, but for the price we will take our business somewhere else next time.
